Business Development Intern – Erode

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu

Stipend: ₹5,000–₹7,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We are looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Intern to join our team in Erode.

Your primary focus will be lead generation, outbound calling, client communication, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and business development. You will also get exposure to basic digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients, colleges, and institutions.
- Generate leads through online research, calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Make outbound calls and introduce our services to potential clients.
- Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Regularly follow up with leads and prospective clients.
- Assist with client and college meetings/visits when required.
- Maintain leads and follow-up details in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Work towards weekly and monthly lead-generation and meeting targets.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly business development reports.
- Assist with social media posting, SEO, Canva, and basic digital marketing activities when required.

Candidate Requirements




- Candidates should be from Erode or nearby areas and able to work from our Erode office.
- Freshers and final-year students can apply.
- Any UG/PG degree.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Good interpersonal and client communication skills.
- Strong interest in Business Development, Sales, and Client Management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage.
- Willing to attend local client/college meetings when required.
