We’re looking for one highly capable, creative & responsible person who can take ownership of our complete content process — from idea → story → shoot → edit → final delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

✓ Plan social media content & campaigns

✓ Develop creative concepts & content ideas

✓ Write stories, scripts & strong narratives

✓ Plan Reels, Stories, Carousels & other content

✓ Give creative direction for shoots

✓ Coordinate with cameramen/videographers

✓ Guide editors & graphic designers

✓ Have a good understanding of design & visual presentation

✓ Review videos, graphics & content before publishing

✓ Manage and coordinate the creative team

✓ Assign work with clear deadlines

✓ Follow up and ensure target-based, on-time delivery

✓ Maintain content calendars & production schedules

✓ Turn real stories into powerful, respectful content

✓ Continuously research trends, formats & recent creative ideas

YOU SHOULD HAVE

•⁠ ⁠Strong creative thinking

•⁠ ⁠Excellent storytelling & content sense

•⁠ ⁠Social media knowledge, especially Instagram

•⁠ ⁠Script/content writing ability





•⁠ ⁠Basic-to-strong graphic design understanding

•⁠ ⁠Video production & editing knowledge

•⁠ ⁠Shoot direction / visualisation ability

•⁠ ⁠Good communication & leadership skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple people & projects together

•⁠ ⁠Strong follow-up and deadline management

•⁠ ⁠Ability to take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
