JOB VACANCIES – ESAL TEA MACHINERY MANUFACTURING

ESAL Tea Machinery Manufacturing Factory is expanding its production team and is looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join our manufacturing facility.

We are looking for candidates with experience in industrial machinery manufacturing, structural fabrication, welding, and engineering design. Experience in the tea machinery industry will be an added advantage.

- WELDER – 2 POSITIONS

Job Responsibilities

- Perform welding work for machinery and structural fabrication.
- Carry out welding of MS and SS components.
- Follow fabrication drawings and welding requirements.
- Maintain proper weld quality, alignment, and finish.
- Support fabrication and machinery assembly activities.

Required Skills:
- Positive welding and fabrication skills.
- Experience in industrial/machinery fabrication preferred.
- Knowledge of welding processes and basic fabrication practices.
- Ability to work with structural and machinery components.

Experience:
- Machinery fabrication experience preferred.




- Tea machinery industry experience will be an added advantage.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant industrial experience is preferred.
- Candidates with tea machinery manufacturing experience will be given preference.
- Good understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work as part of a production team.
- Candidates should be willing to work at the manufacturing facility and meet production requirements.
