Key Responsibilities1. Interactive 3D Web Development

- Build smooth, responsive 3D web interfaces using modern frameworks such as Spline, Three.js, React Three Fiber (R3F), or Babylon.js.
- Embed interactive 3D elements, product previews, and dynamic animations into up-to-date frontends (React, Next.js, or lightweight web builders).
- Optimize 3D models (GLTF/GLB compression, draw call minimization) to ensure fast load speeds and responsive performance on mobile devices.

1. AI Implementations & Automation

- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) to power smart conversational lead assistants, live quoting tools, and personalized visitor interactions.
- Maximize developer velocity by using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to prototype full-stack interactive features rapidly.
- Leverage modern generative AI pipelines (texture generation, 3D mesh workflows, vector search) to deploy dynamic web content.

1. Lead Generation & Funnel Architecture





- Build user journeys designed for high conversion: interactive calculators, step-by-step 3D product configurators, and gamified assessments.
- Hook web forms and AI chat agents directly into CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Webhooks, or WhatsApp business APIs).
- Set up conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, event analytics) to analyze drop-offs and optimize CTA placement.

Candidate Profile
- Freshers Welcome: Degree in Computer Science, Design, or self-taught—as long as you have built and deployed real web applications.
- AI Mastery: Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools for rapid prototyping, writing frontend code, debugging, and building API-driven bots.
- Frontend & 3D Basics: Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frameworks (React or Next.js), and 3D web engines (Spline, Three.js, or R3F).
- Growth & Conversion Mindset: Understanding that a website’s primary job is driving engagement and qualified sales leads, not just looking visually appealing.
- Fast Learner: Ability to independently troubleshoot using documentation, AI tools, and developer communities.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- Experience in 3D modeling tools like Blender (asset cleanup, export optimization).
- Experience building automated multi-step workflows using Zapier, Make, or custom Node.js/Python scripts.
- Prior experience running A/B tests or designing high-converting landing pages.
