Role & responsibilities

We build clean, professional websites for European businesses, primarily on Odoo. Your job is to turn an approved, detailed design document into a live, pixel-accurate website using the website builder no custom coding.

- Build websites to a detailed design specification, exactly as specified: layout, spacing, fonts, colours, image ratios, mobile behaviour.
- Configure the theme first (colours, typography, layout, header/footer), then assemble the pages.
- Crop and prepare images to the exact ratio each section needs before uploading.
- Check every page on a real mobile device and ensure the mobile version matches the desktop content.

This is a precision-to-spec build role. We are not looking for a developer who writes custom code, and not for a designer who redesigns. We want someone with a strong visual eye who follows a specification exactly and flags what isn't transparent.

Preferred candidate profile





- 24 years building websites in a visual page builder Elementor/WordPress, Webflow, Wix or similar.
- A portfolio of live sites you built yourself. Applications without 23 live links to your own work will not be considered.
- Strong visual eye: clean spacing, alignment, consistency. Good taste here means restraint and precision, not flourish.
- Excellent written English — you'll write build notes and questions every day.
- Follows instructions exactly and asks before assuming.
- In-office in Bangalore, available to start within ~4-6 weeks (immediate joiners preferred).
- Odoo experience is a plus, not required — we train you fully in-house. Experience with European/international clients is a plus.

Nice to have: responsive/mobile-first building, image optimisation, basic HTML/CSS reading (not custom coding), Odoo, Bootstrap.
