About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager to drive business growth across equities, mutual funds, and wealth management products. In this role, you will focus on current client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation while delivering top-tier financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition & Sales: Acquire new clients and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through retail broking and wealth management products.
- Investment Advisory: Advise clients on market opportunities across Equities, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and other investment avenues.
- Trade Execution & Support:



Assist clients in online trade execution and deliver ongoing portfolio support.
- Relationship Management: Strengthen existing client relationships to increase wallet share and customer retention.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and internal regulatory policies.

Key Skills & Eligibility

- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in Retail Broking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management.
- Solid understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, and wealth products.
- Excellent communication, client-servicing, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and adept at managing multi-product client portfolios.
