We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse & Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse and production-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage incoming and outgoing inventory and maintain accurate stock records

•⁠ ⁠Supervise warehouse and production activities on a daily basis

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate and manage transportation, dispatches and deliveries

•⁠ ⁠Supervise and allocate work to warehouse/production staff

•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper handling, storage and movement of materials

•⁠ ⁠Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely movement of materials

•⁠ ⁠Maintain discipline, safety and efficiency within the workplace

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Profile

✅ Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics or production supervision

✅ Valuable staff-management and communication skills

✅ Ability to coordinate transport and dispatch operations

✅ Organized, responsible and capable of handling day-to-day operational challenges

✅ Basic knowledge of inventory/stock management systems is preferred
