Job Overview

Sai Vikas Path Credit Co-operative Society is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to develop strong relationships with members/customers, promote financial products, generate new business, and support existing members.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new members/customers and build solid relationships with them.
- Explain and promote the Society’s savings, deposit and loan products.
- Generate leads through field visits, references and local networking.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing members.
- Assist customers with account opening, documentation and service-related queries.
- Achieve monthly business and customer acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with the collection and operations teams when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Participate in local marketing and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in banking, finance,



NBFC, cooperative society, insurance or sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and smartphone applications.
- Candidates with good local contacts/networking ability are preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

Salary & Incentives

- Salary: As per experience and interview.
- Performance-based incentives available.
- Additional incentives may be provided for achieving business targets.
