WATERPROOFING SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Coimbatore & Project Sites | Full time

Experience: Up to 3 years in the Waterproofing Industry

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Waterproofing Services Supervisor who can independently manage waterproofing and coating projects from site inspection and measurement through execution, quality checking, billing and final handover. The candidate should have practical knowledge of waterproofing systems and experience working with leading waterproofing brands and products.

KEY TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

Waterproofing coatings and treatment systems

Grouts, Epoxy, PU coatings and sealants

Waterproofing repair and application works

Terrace, bathroom, basement, balcony and other building waterproofing

Civil repair and associated rectification works

Experience with leading waterproofing and coating brands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Site Inspection & Measurement

Visit project sites, understand requirements and take accurate measurements. Identify civil defects, cracks, leakage sources and repair requirements.

Recommend appropriate waterproofing and repair solutions.

1. Project Execution

Plan and supervise waterproofing and coating applications. Manage vendors, applicators and site workers.

Prepare work schedules and ensure commitments are completed on time.

Handle multiple project sites simultaneously.

1. Quality Control

Check surface preparation before application. Monitor coating thickness and number of coats.

Check moisture levels and substrate conditions.





Ensure correct application procedures and product specifications are followed.

Inspect completed work and coordinate rectification wherever required.

1. Material & Site Planning

Plan material requirements for each project. Coordinate material availability at site.

Monitor material usage and avoid wastage.

Coordinate manpower and application schedules.

1. Customer Coordination

Coordinate with customers during execution and keep them informed of progress. Conduct final inspection with the customer.

Obtain customer confirmation of completion.

Coordinate project completion and handover.

1. Billing & Documentation

Prepare/raise project bills based on completed work. Obtain site/customer confirmation for billing.

Maintain measurements, work progress and completion records.

Submit regular site reports.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Up to 3 years of relevant waterproofing industry experience.

Practical knowledge of waterproofing products and application methods.

Ability to understand site conditions and identify civil and repair issues.

Good site supervision and vendor-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple sites and priorities.

Good communication and customer coordination skills.

Willing to travel to project sites handle multiple sites

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

COMPENSATION

Salary: As per experience + performance incentives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
