Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns
- Monitor damaged, expired, short, excess, and near-expiry inventory.
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock audits.
- Supervise inward and outward movement of stock.
- Generate Bills for dispatch of stock. Communicate with the client for change in PO based on stock availability.
- Coordinate with Contemporary Trade/Ecom customers for taking appointments for stock delivery.
- Oversee logistics and transportation processes to ensure timely delivery of goods. Timely collection and upload of PoDs
- Develop and implement effective labor management strategies to optimize productivity.
- MIS reporting as per client's needs.
- Ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch planning.




- Coordination with driver and end customer for delivery of goods.

Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have experience in Warehousing/3PL Industry. Should have worked on WMS like SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics. Should have excellent communication skills in English since the job role involves interacting with client over phone/email. Should be efficient using Advanced Excel. Should be able to perform well in a team. Should have experience in Inventory Management/Billing/Stock Audit etc. Candidates staying near Junab Ganj or willing to relocate near Junab Ganj would be preferred.
