Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring productive inventory management and supply chain logistics.
- Oversee dispatch planning, scheduling, and execution to meet customer demands on time.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth warehouse operations, including inventory control, packing, and shipping processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for warehousing operations.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of experience in Warehouse Management or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification required.
- Strong understanding of Inventory Management principles and practices; knowledge of SAP an added advantage.
