Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensure efficient inventory management, storage, dispatch, and logistics coordination.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing warehouse teams while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth movement of materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage and monitor inward and outward movement of materials and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records and ensure system and physical stock are aligned.
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labelling, and organization of products and materials.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
- Plan and coordinate timely dispatches and ensure orders are processed accurately.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity.
- Ensure proper handling of products to minimize damage, wastage, loss, and stock discrepancies.
- Maintain warehouse documentation, including GRNs, dispatch records, stock registers, transfer records,



and other inventory-related documents.
- Implement and maintain proper practices, wherever applicable.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, security, and compliance with company procedures.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters for smooth and timely movement of goods.
- Prepare regular inventory and warehouse performance reports for management.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory operations.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, manufacturing, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, dispatch, and logistics processes.
- Experience in managing warehouse staff and daily operations.
- Good command of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to warehouse operations.
