Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage,



and distribution of pharmaceutical products while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure product integrity and minimize losses.
- Ensure the warehouse environment adheres to safety, quality, and sanitation standards specific to pharmaceuticals.
- Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, scheduling maintenance and repairs as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and staff performance for senior management.

Requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical storage regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, regulated environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
