Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure the overall supervision and care of students residing in the hostel, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Coordinate with faculty members to resolve student-related issues and concerns.
- Conduct regular checks on hostel facilities, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep.
- Organize extracurricular activities for students, promoting their personal growth and development.
Job Requirements :
- 2-15 years of experience as a Warden or similar role in an educational institution.
- Robust knowledge of hostel management practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
