About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our hair and skin treatment services, and converting enquiries into appointments and sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about clinic services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services based on their enquiries.
- Convert leads and enquiries into appointments and sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions in the CRM/Keka or relevant system.




- Coordinate with the clinic and relevant teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Stay updated on the company's services, offers, packages, and customer processes.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented and positive approach.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Positive listening and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in tele-sales, healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, retail, or customer service will be an advantage.
