Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Telemarketing / Presales Executive to join our team in Mylapore, Chennai. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, manage inbound and outbound calls, coordinate site visits, execute structured follow-ups, and drive customer engagement to support our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage outbound and inbound customer calls effectively.
- Handle presales, telesales, and telemarketing tasks to generate and nurture leads.
- Execute timely follow-ups with prospective clients via phone calls and WhatsApp to track interest and maintain engagement.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective clients,



ensuring a seamless in office experience and conducting pre-visit reminders and post-visit follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management over voice channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-up schedules, site visits, and customer interactions in the database.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in Pre-sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Telemarketing, Outbound/Inbound Sales, Voice Support, or Customer Care/Service.
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday work is mandatory)
