Eligibility

- Freshers to 2 years of experience
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Counseling, Admissions, or Customer Engagement will be preferred
- Robust communication, presentation, and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Comfortable with field work, events, and travel





Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and guidance.
- Maintain and update lead details in the CRM.
- Schedule campus visits and coordinate with the admissions team.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
