Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically oriented Electrical Technician Fresher to join our maintenance and operations team. The candidate will assist with electrical installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities under the guidance of senior technicians and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

- Perform basic electrical testing using tools such as a multimeter and clamp meter.

- Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting electrical faults.

- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Read and understand basic electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.

- Assist with cable laying, termination, panel wiring, and electrical connections.

- Check electrical equipment, switches, motors, panels, and related components.

- Follow proper electrical safety procedures and use PPE at all times.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

- Record maintenance activities, faults, and materials used.

- Report electrical faults or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

- Follow company procedures and instructions related to electrical work.

Educational Qualification





- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / equivalent technical qualification.

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring.

- Understanding of AC/DC fundamentals.

- Basic knowledge of electrical safety.

- Ability to use basic electrical tools and testing instruments.

- Ability to read basic electrical diagrams.

- Valuable problem-solving and learning ability.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of motors, starters, contactors, relays, MCBs, MCCBs, and control panels.

- Basic understanding of preventive maintenance.

- Familiarity with industrial electrical equipment will be an advantage.
