We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in BPO bulk/volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume BPO requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, references, social media, walk-ins and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, selection and joining formalities.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate trackers.
- Ensure effective candidate engagement and joining conversion.
- Coordinate with Operations and HR teams for hiring requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Bulk Hiring / Volume Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable handling high-volume recruitment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
