Job Summary:

NDI Defence Institute is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle student admissions and counselling for Defence Exam preparation programmes. The role involves connecting with interested students and parents, understanding their requirements, providing course guidance, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 40-60 outbound calls daily to prospective students, graduates, and parents.
- Counsel students regarding career opportunities in the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force.
- Explain Defence examinations such as NDA, CDS, AFCAT, CAPF, SSC, and SSB Interview.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified enquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update daily follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the Reporting Coordinator.

Lead Generation: The company will provide leads generated through:

- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- Organic Marketing




- Student enquiries

The primary responsibility is to counsel, follow up, and convert these interested leads into admissions. No field sales or cold market visits are required.

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Defence examinations is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and smartphone proficiency.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
- Freshers and candidates with 02 years of experience can apply.
