Roles & Responsibilities

- Shop Floor Supervision: Assist in daily plant operations across pultrusion, moulding, resin mixing, and fabrication lines.

- Target Execution: Follow shift schedules, allocate shop-floor workers, and hit daily production output targets.

- Quality & Waste Control: Perform stage-wise material/dimensional inspections and follow SOPs to reduce scrap.

- Maintenance & Safety: Coordinate line-maintenance routines, manage 5S, and enforce shop-floor PPE compliance.

- Daily Reporting: Log Daily Production Reports (DPR), material consumption, and shift handovers in the ERP system.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Polymer, Chemical, or Production Engineering.

- Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers or junior candidates with manufacturing/plastics/composites exposure).

- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of composite processing, machine operations, SOPs, engineering drawings, and MS Excel/ERP.

- Key Traits: Positive leadership/communication skills, shop-floor worker handling, and willingness to work in plant shifts.
