Manager on Duty (MOD) :

- Manage overall hospital operations, staff deployment, patient flow, and bed utilization during assigned shifts.

- Coordinate with Clinical, Nursing, Front Office, Billing, Emergency, OT, and other departments.

- Handle patient/attendant complaints and resolve operational and service-related concerns.

- Supervise Emergency Department operations, ambulance response, MLC, DAMA/LAMA, BID cases, and incident management.

- Monitor admissions, room transfers, OT schedules, advance payments, and discharge processes.

- Ensure proper documentation, compliance with hospital SOPs, safety standards, and patient-care protocols.

- Conduct regular hospital and facility rounds to identify and resolve operational, safety, and service issues.

- Manage emergency situations, irate patients, and security-related incidents in coordination with relevant teams.

- Escalate critical clinical, operational, safety, and patient-related concerns to senior management.

- Ensure effective shift handover, incident reporting, and coordination and preparing MOD Reports for uninterrupted hospital operations.
