- Understand and resolve customer queries
- Handle complaints and returns
- Provide appropriate solutions
- Deliver a smooth customer experience
- Follow quality and compliance guidelines
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Freshers are welcome
- 6+ months of Voice Process experience preferred for experienced candidates
- Undergraduates can apply
- Strong verbal communication skills
- 35 WPM typing speed with 90% accuracy
- Comfortable with night/rotational shifts
- Willing to work from office
- Residing within 25 KM of the job location
