Job Role: Hiring Manager
We are looking for a confident and experienced Hiring Manager to join our recruitment team and manage end-to-end hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Achieve hiring targets and support team recruitment activities
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and communication skills
- Positive knowledge of end-to-end recruitment
- Confident candidate-handling and interviewing skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
