Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Educational Counselor to guide students and parents in selecting suitable courses, programs, and career pathways. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and achieving assigned enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.

Understand student requirements, interests, academic background, and career goals.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and walk-in counseling.

Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents.

Explain course advantages, curriculum, duration, admission process, and payment options.

Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrollments.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counseling sessions, and admissions in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and operations teams.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Conduct online/offline counseling sessions and presentations when required.

Stay updated about courses, competitors, industry trends, and career opportunities.
