Positions Details:-

1. Manufacturing Department

- Designation: Operators / Officer
- Department: Manufacturing
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc
- Total Experience: 1 to 7 Yrs

Area: Aseptic & Controlled area operation (Filling, Sealing, filtration, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, terminal sterilization, Tunnel Operations, QMS Activities, Line: Emulsion/ Suspension Line, Bag Line, Inhalation Line, PFS, Cartridges, Lyophilizer and Vial,

Machine Exposure: Bag Filling machine (Preferred SHINVA Bag Filling, PLUMAT), filling machine with Isolator and sealing machine, Bosch filling machine, Steam sterilizer (Fedegree), Autoclave,

Desired Profile:

- To observe & follow all rules and regulations of the production department.
- Must be from Parenteral background & exposure to Aseptic Emulsion/ Suspension Line, Bag filling machine & process is desirable.
- Sound technical knowledge of Aseptic area & Controlled area related activities.
- Knowledge of Regulatory guidelines and exposure of USFDA audits.
- Knowledge of change control, Deviation, CAPA, and documentation in manufacturing area of injectable.
- Preparation & review of BMR-BPR
- Technical exposure and expertise on Bag Filling machine (Preferred SHINVA Bag Filling, PLUMAT)
- Handling of Complex manufacturing like as Emulsion, Suspension,
- Handling of Mfg. Skid base production
- Handling of TS Autoclave (Fedegari)
- Manufacturing and Filtration vessel operation, CIP and SIP processing

2. Environmental Monitoring (Microbiologist) Designation : Trainee/ Officer/ Sr. Officer / Executive

EM (Environmental Monitoring)

Qualification : B.Sc. (Micro) / M. Sc (Micro) / B. Tech. (Biotech.) / M. Tech (Biotech)/

Total Experience: 1 to 05 years in injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant.

Shift Type : Rotational Shift timing

Job Location : Sanand, Ahmedabad

:

- Environmental monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
- Non-viable particle monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
- Compressed air /nitrogen gas monitoring and Personnel monitoring.
- To maintain the Issuance/reconciliation record of items / media for Workplace monitoring material e.g. plates, swabs, etc.
- To perform line clearance activity.

3. Quality Assurance IPQA & Validation (Injectable/Parenteral Unit) Designation : Officer/ Sr. Officer / Executive

Department : QA- IPQA & Validation

Qualification: B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/ M.Sc

Total Experience: 2 to 06 yrs in injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant.

Shift Type : Rotational Shift timing

Job Location : Sanand, Ahmedabad

:

- To perform line clearance before commencing the different operations like dispensing, manufacturing, filling, inspection, sealing, labeling and packing.
- Environmental monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
- Non-viable particle monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
- Compressed air /nitrogen gas monitoring and Personnel monitoring.
- To maintain the Issuance/ reconciliation record of items etc.
- To perform Process validation, cleaning validation/verification, hold time study, media fill & routine batch sampling as per protocol/SOP.




- Execution and review of Qualification / Re-Qualification and Validation activity of Equipment / System / Facility and Plant utilities

4. Department : Quality Control Chemical (QCC) Designation: Officer/ Sr. Officer /Executive/ Sr. Executive

Qualification: M. Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Total Experience: 02 to 06 years in QCC department of injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant.

:

- Knowledge and Skill on Sophisticated instruments like UV, HPLC, GC, UPLC, FTIR, Polarimeter and KF titrator.
- Candidate must have hands on experience on sampling & analysis of Raw material (RM), Packing material (PM), in-process product testing (IPPT) & Finished product (FP) testing and stability testing.
- Knowledge of Chemical analysis.
- Knowledge of LIMS/QMS
- Analysis related to qualification of Instrument/Equipment and Standards
- Qualification of Standards and Instruments.
