Job Summary

SILAII is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions across voice and non-voice channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Hindi, Tamil and English. Telugu will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order status and post-purchase support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within the required timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Provide customers with detailed information about SILAII products and services.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with internal teams.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations and other internal teams to resolve customer concerns.




- Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience across all interactions.
