About the Opportunity

Delphi TVS is hiring Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) for its Production function at our Oragadam facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for Diploma candidates who are looking to begin or build their career in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry, with hands-on exposure to production processes, quality systems, manufacturing practices and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production activities and follow defined work instructions, process standards and safety procedures.
- Support achievement of daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
- Identify and report process abnormalities, quality issues and production-related concerns.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other cross-functional teams.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain required production records, check sheets and process-related documentation.
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions for process and quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Develop practical knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.

Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:





- Diploma in any discipline.
- 10th Standard: 60% or above
- Diploma: 60% or above

Pass-out Year: 2024 / 2025 / 2026

Experience:

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 02 years of experience in manufacturing/automotive industries can also apply.

Gender: Open to all candidates.

Compensation

Annual CTC:

- 0 - 1 year experience: 3.44 LPA
- 1 - 2 years experience: 3.60 LPA
