CMM Engineer - ZEISS (Calypso Venture 2)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform dimensional inspection of components using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
- Develop, run, and validate CMM programs as per engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements.
- Conduct in-process and final inspection to ensure product quality compliance.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, documentation, and quality records.
- Identify non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Follow aerospace quality standards and safety protocols strictly.




- Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 2 years in Aerospace / Precision Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in CMM operation and programming.
- Valuable knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Experience in process inspection and quality control.
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or relevant field preferred.
