Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service at the Gold Loan branch.
- Manage KYC verification, customer registration, and CRM updates.
- Follow up on CRM leads, generate new leads through calling, and support business growth.
- Drive customer retention, renewals, interest collection, and customer referrals.
- Promote and cross-sell other financial products and services.
- Support branch-level marketing and field activities to increase customer acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

Fresh Graduates in any field.

Experience:

0 to 1 years of total experience in Sales

Competencies:

- Should flair for customer handling & sales.
- Adaptable for traveling & doing outdoor activities.
- Require good communication & interpersonal skill.
- Willing to take up responsibilities & ownership proactively and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have basic knowledge on computer
