Role & responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for sales, operations, academic, and other non-IT roles.

Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and follow up with candidates.

Manage offers, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation.

Maintain recruitment trackers and meet monthly hiring targets.

Communicate clearly with candidates and help ensure they join as scheduled.

Preferred candidate profile Female, English+( Kannada,Tamil,Telugu , any one)language preferred)
