We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer Modular Interiors who can convert design concepts, floor plans and client requirements into high-quality, realistic and execution-oriented 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D interior visualizations for kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, living rooms, TV units, crockery units, study areas and complete homes.
- Develop accurate 3D models based on floor plans, dimensions and design requirements.
- Produce photorealistic renders with realistic materials, textures, lighting, reflections and shadows.
- Create 3D designs for modular kitchens, wardrobes and other modular furniture.
- Prepare multiple design, colour and finish options for client presentations.
- Accurately represent laminates, acrylic, PU, veneer, glass, wood, stone, metal and other interior finishes.
- Understand and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Convert 2D drawings and concepts into accurate 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, sales and production teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable.
- Make design revisions quickly based on client and management feedback.
- Prepare final renders and presentation visuals for client approvals.
- Maintain organised libraries of 3D models, materials, textures and finishes.
- Create visuals suitable for client presentations, catalogues, website, social media and marketing.
- Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Mandatory Software Skills The candidate must be proficient in all of the following:

3DS Max Mandatory

SketchUp Mandatory

Enscape Mandatory

AutoCAD – Mandatory

Adobe Photoshop – Mandatory





Candidates who do not have practical working knowledge of the above software should not apply.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of modular interiors and residential interior design
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, textures and furniture detailing
- Strong understanding of realistic lighting and rendering
- Excellent sense of proportion, scale, composition and aesthetics
- Ability to produce photorealistic interior renders
- Ability to understand floor plans, elevations and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to accurately understand and execute client requirements
- Ability to make revisions quickly and efficiently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
