Designation: AR Caller- Eligibility Verification & Prior Authorization

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Night Shift: 6.30 PM - 3.30 AM (Own transport - allowance will be provided)

Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-Authorization Executive is responsible for obtaining insurance authorization and approvals for medical procedures, treatments, diagnostics, and hospital admissions.
- The role involves reviewing patient documentation, coordinating with insurance providers, ensuring compliance with payer guidelines, and facilitating timely approvals to prevent treatment delays.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 5 years experience in AR calling / US healthcare RCM.
