KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings and working drawings
- Develop 3D models and architectural visualizations
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings
- Develop realistic 3D renders and presentations
- Coordinate architectural, interior and site requirements
- Assist in design development from concept to execution
- Maintain accuracy, detailing and design quality throughout the project
-REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in SketchUp / 3D modelling software
- Knowledge of Revit will be an advantage
- Experience with Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray / other rendering software
- Valuable understanding of architectural planning and construction details
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
