At Nava Nirmaan Forum , we believe that politics shapes every aspect of our lives, yet public discourse is increasingly dominated by propaganda, polarization, and short-term narratives. Meaningful discussions on governance, public policy, and democratic institutions have taken a back seat.

We are an independent civic movement bringing together young minds, professionals, researchers, creators, lawyers, and entrepreneurs who believe democratic institutions can be strengthened through constitutional values, informed public engagement, and policy-driven action.

We are not a political party. We are not an NGO. We are not a platform for personality politics.

Now, we are launching and scaling our dedicated media wing: Nava Nirmaan Media on YouTube.

What is Nava Nirmaan Media?

Nava Nirmaan Media is being built as an intellectual, research-first digital platform. We publish deep-dive documentaries, data-backed analytical reports, policy teardowns, and critical socio-political commentary designed to educate, question, and inspire civic participation.

This is not a corporate job opening . We are inviting volunteers, co-builders, and reformatory/revolutionary minds who want to leverage media as a force for real societal change and nation-building. If you are driven by purpose rather than titles, and impact rather than recognition—we want to build this platform with you.

Key Roles We Are Looking For (Volunteers/Co-Creators)

1. Researcher-cum-Scriptwriter





- What you’ll do: Uncover facts, analyze public policy, review data reports, and turn complex socio-political issues into compelling, narrative-driven YouTube scripts and documentaries.
- Language - Telugu (English)
- Who you are: Someone with strong analytical thinking, unbiased research skills, a sharp grasp of governance/political reforms, and the ability to articulate impactful stories with intellectual integrity.

1. Host / Presenter

- What you’ll do: Become the voice and face of Nava Nirmaan Media on YouTube. Deliver structured analyses, present research findings, and lead intellectually engaging video content.
- Language - Telugu (English)
- Who you are: An articulate communicator with a robust, credible screen presence, a passion for public discourse, and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
