Role Description This is a full-time Voice Process Representative role located in office in Bengaluru, with a salary up to 28k, depending on experience and performance.

The Voice Process

Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve basic issues in a timely and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include following call scripts and process guidelines, documenting call details, updating customer records, and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate team. The role involves meeting call volume, quality, and service-level targets while maintaining a courteous, patient, and solution-focused approach.





The representative will also collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call handling processes and overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including transparent spoken English and the ability to listen actively and respond professionally.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle queries, manage objections, and maintain a calm, respectful tone under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy, including comfort with call center software, CRM tools, and data entry with attention to accuracy.
- Ability to follow processes, call scripts, and compliance guidelines while adapting to different customer situations.
- Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required.
- Willingness to work full time in an on-site, voice-based role in Bengaluru, including rotational shifts if required.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; graduation is an advantage.
- Prior experience in voice process, BPO, or customer support is preferred but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.
