Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice Process Associate based in Bengaluru, with a salary up to 28,000 per month.

The Voice Process

Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information and support in a professional manner.

Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, documenting interactions in the system, and following standard operating procedures to resolve issues efficiently. The role involves coordinating with internal teams when needed, adhering to quality and compliance guidelines,



and meeting performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on resolving queries and maintaining positive interactions.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to listen actively.
- Analytical Skills to understand customer issues, identify patterns, and follow logical steps to resolution.
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts helpful for handling billing or payment-related queries, if required.
- Knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) practices, including call center protocols and performance metrics.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to rotational shifts if required.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM tools, and call-handling software.
- Prior experience in a voice process or customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
