ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an international customer support process where you will interact with US/UK customers and assist them with their queries through Voice, Chat & Email.

This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving and client handling.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

English is the key requirement. Candidates must have excellent spoken and written English with valuable pronunciation, grammar, listening and sentence-formation skills.

Freshers can also apply if they have strong English communication skills.
