Job Title: VMC Operator & Programmer

:

We are looking for an experienced VMC Operator & Programmer with strong practical knowledge of CNC machining and programming.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and set up VMC machines for precision machining.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.
- Perform tool setting, work offset setting, and job inspection.
- Troubleshoot machining and dimensional issues independently.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for efficient machining.
- Maintain quality and accuracy as per drawing requirements.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong knowledge of VMC machining and manufacturing processes.
- Good understanding of cutting tools, feeds & speeds,



fixtures, and machining methods.
- NX CAM programming knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently handle jobs from drawing to finished component.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with precision components will be preferred.

Experience: 3–7 years Job Type: Full-time

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Pay: ₹368,531.60 - ₹1,309,369.02 per year
