VISA COUNSELLOR – JOB PROFILE

Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and experienced Visa Counsellor to guide students/clients through overseas education and visa processes. The candidate will be responsible for profile assessment, counselling, documentation, application coordination and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students/clients regarding suitable countries, courses, universities and visa options.
- Evaluate academic, financial and career profiles to identify suitable opportunities.
- Explain admission requirements, visa procedures, documentation and timelines.
- Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa applications and supporting documents.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with requirements.
- Handle student/client queries through calls, messages and face-to-face meetings.
- Coordinate with universities, internal processing teams and other stakeholders.
- Follow up regularly for pending documents, applications and updates.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM/application databases.
- Stay updated with changes in visa rules,



immigration procedures and university requirements.
- Provide skilled guidance throughout the application process.
- Work towards counselling, application and conversion targets where applicable.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and client-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of overseas education and visa processes.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good documentation and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM and online application portals.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Visa Counselling / Overseas Education / Immigration.
- Experience with UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany or Europe will be an advantage.
- Good English communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
