We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager for Welherb, Mohali Welherb is an Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing brand, and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager with 3 years of hands-on experience to own and grow our social presence independently. This is a full-time, completely on-site role . What you’ll own Social media strategy, content calendar, Reels and short-form content ideas, copy/scripts, shoots, creator/influencer collaborations, community engagement, campaign execution and performance reporting.

Role Requirements ~3 years of relevant social media experience , preferably with a D2C wellness, healthcare or Ayurvedic product-led consumer brand. ~ You must have personally owned a brand’s social media , not only coordinated between clients and creative teams. ~ Strong understanding of Social content: Reels, Stories, carousels, hooks, trends, formats and what drives organic reach, engagement and saves. ~ You should be able to ideate and script short-form videos independently . ~ Robust creative judgement : you should know what should be shot,



how it should be presented, and be able to brief/direct designers, editors, photographers and creators. ~ Hands-on experience with influencer/UGC discovery, outreach, briefing and coordination . ~ Strong copywriting and communication skill with the ability to simplify Ayurvedic, ingredient-led and health-related information into credible, engaging consumer content . ~ Comfortable using social analytics to understand what worked, what didn’t and what needs to change . ~ Language proficiency: English & Hindi ~ A portfolio is mandatory to assess brands/pages you have actually managed, content you personally contributed to and measurable outcomes . ~ This is strictly an on-site role. We’re looking for someone who can understand the brand, spot opportunities and take complete ownership of Welherb’s social presence.
