Role Overview: As Social Media Manager, you will own the strategy, content calendar, and day-to-day execution of company's social presence. You will manage a small internal team, direct outside agency partners, and use data to decide what gets published rather than just report on what already did.

Shifts: 11:30 am- 8:30 pm Social Strategy & Campaign Management: Plan and execute social campaigns end to end, from concept through publishing through post-mortem, for a finance and lending audience.

- Content Calendar Ownership: Build and maintain a content calendar balancing brand storytelling, product education, timely finance news, and proprietary data such as the Small Business Lending Index.
- Data & Reporting: Track performance using Google Analytics and platform-native tools and translate findings into changes to what gets published next.
- Team Management: Manage and coach a small social team, setting the standard for planning and execution.
- Agency Liaison: Act as the connective tissue between the internal team and outside agencies,



including creative, PR, and paid, keeping every partner working off the same brief.
- Compliance Awareness: Stay current on lending and fintech regulatory considerations that affect what can and cannot be said in a public post.
- Partner with product and content teams to turn loan products, company milestones, and market data into accurate, shareable content.
- Track brand mentions and industry conversation, and flag anything that needs a quick response. 7-10 years managing social media campaigns, preferably with a finance or banking background.
- Proven experience growing organic reach for a US-based audience.
- Fluency in Google Analytics and social-native analytics and scheduling tools.
- Hands-on experience building and running a content calendar across multiple platforms.
- Team management experience. You have hired, coached, or led people, not just projects. •
