Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship & Engagement

- Proactively connect with assigned customers to offer a high-quality digital banking experience.
- Handle inbound and outbound interactions while ensuring prompt query resolution.
- Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers on how to make the most of digital banking tools and services.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Sales & Portfolio Growth





- Understand customer profiles to identify sales and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., Third-Party Products, Credit Cards, Assets).
- Meet assigned individual and portfolio performance targets.
- Ensure all product eligibility and regulatory guidelines are met before processing transactions.

Process & Compliance

- Strictly adhere to banking policies, financial norms, and internal compliance guidelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely CRM system updates for all interactions.

What We Are Looking For
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Note: B.Tech / BE graduates are not eligible for this role).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply! Prior telesales or customer interaction experience (0–1 year) is a plus.
- Age Limit: 18 – 30 years.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent English (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in at least one regional language: Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam
- Core Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking, loans, or financial products.
- Customer-first mindset with sales aptitude and persuasion skills.
- Comfort with basic computer navigation and CRM usage.
