In this role, you will interact with customers, understand their requirements, provide information about our services, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers in Kannada through calls and follow-ups.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable guidance.

Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular communication.

Update customer records and interaction details.

Achieve daily and monthly performance goals.





Deliver excellent customer service and support.

Eligibility

Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.

Any Graduate or Undergraduate.

Fluency in Kannada / Hindi is mandatory.

Basic English communication skills preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently from home.
