nRoles and Responsibility

n

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client account teams to create and deliver high-quality video and motion graphics assets for a range of platforms, including websites, mobile, social media, and digital advertising
n
- Translate briefs and scripts into effective visual concepts, storyboards, and motion design solutions that align with brand guidelines, audience needs, and campaign objectives
n
- Support the post-production process by editing video, creating motion graphics, refining sound, and applying visual effects to produce polished final deliverables
n
- Convert raw footage into engaging content through editing, color correction, transitions, effects, and motion graphics integration, with a strong focus on storytelling and viewer engagement
n
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to adapt and optimize video and motion assets for different channels and formats while maintaining visual consistency
n
- Contribute ideas during concept development and creative reviews by bringing awareness of current motion design trends, techniques, tools, and digital content formats
n
- Manage assigned deliverables independently, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion within established timelines and project requirements

nThe successful candidate will possess

n

n
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve
n
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or similar 3D tools for incorporating 3D elements into motion design work
n
- Experience using industry-standard plugins and tools such as Maxon, Element 3D, and related creative extensions to enhance production quality
n
- Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools to support ideation, workflow efficiency, and content production
n
- Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to interpret briefs into clear, compelling motion content
n
- Good understanding of pacing, composition, typography, transitions, and brand-led visual communication
n
- Ability to balance creativity with delivery needs, timelines, and business requirements
n
- Solid collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, taking feedback, and incorporating revisions effectively
n

nQualifications required

n

n
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics
n
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field
n
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video and motion graphics work across digital formats
n
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency, studio, or in-house brand environment is preferred
