Visual Mosaics specializes in visual storytelling through photography, videography, video editing, and production. We work extensively across events, exhibitions, trade shows, corporate films, promotional content, TV commercials, and brand films, delivering high-energy visual content for clients across industries.

Role DescriptionWe are looking for 3 skilled Video Editors specifically experienced in Events & Exhibitions to join our team full time at our Goregaon, Mumbai office.

Important: This role is specifically for editors who understand event and exhibition editing — fast-paced highlight videos, show reels, promos, teasers, exhibitor/visitor content, corporate events, and quick-turnaround edits.

We are NOT looking for podcast-only or general/basic video editors.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit event and exhibition highlight videos
- Create high-energy promos, teasers, reels, aftermovies and show highlights
- Work on same-day / quick-turnaround event edits when required
- Select the best shots from large volumes of event footage
- Create strong edits using music, pacing, transitions and motion graphics
- Edit multi-camera footage from exhibitions, conferences and corporate events
- Perform basic colour correction and colour grading
- Create clean and professional titles, supers and motion graphics
- Collaborate with videographers, creative and production teams
- Understand the flow of an exhibition/event and build a compelling visual story




- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality under tight deadlines

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional video editing experience
- Event / Exhibition / Corporate Event editing experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Strong sense of music, rhythm, pacing and visual storytelling
- Ability to create quick-paced, energetic and engaging edits
- Good understanding of transitions, sound design and motion graphics
- Ability to work efficiently with large amounts of footage
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to deliver under fast event-production timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Studies, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

What We’re Looking ForWe want editors who enjoy the energy of live events and exhibitions and know how to transform raw event footage into powerful, engaging content. If your experience is primarily in podcasts, talking-head videos or basic social media editing, this position may not be the right fit.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai – On-site
