We're hiring: Freelance Short-Form Video Editor (Remote, Paid Per Edit) ?

We create a lot of content, and we're looking for a talented editor to help turn our raw footage into scroll-stopping reels.

What you'll edit

- Short-form reels, 30–90 seconds, for Instagram and YouTube Shorts
- Mostly talking-head videos with b-roll, plus cinematic edits
- Ongoing volume of roughly 30 reels per month

What we're looking for

- A strong portfolio of short-form content, especially talking-head and cinematic work
- A great sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling in the first few seconds
- Skill with captions, b-roll placement, sound design, music, and color grading
- Bonus: you use AI tools (like Descript, Submagic, or Resolve's AI features)



to work faster without losing quality
- Reliable turnaround of 24h per reel, timing is critical
- Good communication and openness to feedback

What we offer

- Pay per edit: Rs. 500-1500 depending on level
