About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Video Editor with 4 to 5 years of professional post-production experience to shape the visual storytelling across Robb Report India and Manifest Life. In this role, you will work directly with our editorial and creative teams to produce cinematic, high-impact video content across luxury lifestyle verticals—including horology, high-end automotive, design, fine dining, couture, travel, and cultural narratives. **You will manage the end-to-end post-production pipeline: rough assembly, pacing, sound design, motion graphics, and advanced color grading for LOG/RAW workflows across YouTube series, website originals, short-form reels, and branded activations.

**Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Post-Production: Edit premium digital editorial formats—from fast-paced, high-retention vertical reels to episodic YouTube walkthroughs, masterclasses, and feature-length bra nd films. **Color Grading &

• Science: Work with multi-camera LOG and RAW footage (Sony, Canon, ARRI/RED) to deliver balanced, consistent, filmic color grades suited to luxury ae sthetics. **Sound Design &

• Audio Mastering: Clean dialogue, balance multi-track soundscapes, select fitting soundtracks, and deliver clear, broadcast-grade aud io mixes. **Motion Graphics &

• Branding: Build refined typographic treatments, lower thirds, title slates, transitions, and graphic layouts aligned with brand gu idelines. **Collaboration &

• Pipeline Management: Partner closely with directors, cinematographers, and the digital editorial desk to translate outlines, scripts,



and mood boards into compelling visual na rratives. **Asset &

• Archival Discipline: Maintain clean project files, structured media ingest, metadata tagging, proxy workflows, and organized cloud/local archival storage. **Social Retargeting &

- Platform Optimization: Repurpose hero shoots into engaging modular cuts optimized for Instagram Reels, Shorts, and

LinkedIn.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

**Experience: 4–5 years of dedicated video editing experience in digital media, luxury/lifestyle publications, high-end commercial agencies, or productio n houses. **NLE & Software Preference:

Primary Preference: Final Cut Pro (FCP) — core timeline assembly and rapid tur narounds.

Secondary / Grading Standard: DaVinci Resolve Studio — high proficiency in node-based color grading, color space management (CST/ACES), and audio cleanup in Fairlight.

**Supporting NLE: Adobe Premiere Pro — cross-compatibility with Adobe Creative Cloud project handoffs. Graphics & Audio Tooling:

Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (kinetic typography, screen cleanups, simple 2D motion design) alongside Photoshop and Illustrator.

Familiarity with audio post-production workflows (Fairlight / Adobe Audition / dedicated restoration tools).

Color Science & Workflow: Solid understanding of color spaces (Rec.709, wide gamut), camera picture profiles (S-Log3, C-Log, D-Log),



LUT implementation, and exposure matching across multi-camer a shoots. Editorial Judgment: Sharp sense of rhythm, narrative pacing, and visual transitions; ability to elevate simple interview and B-roll setups into polished stories. **Workflow Agility: Comfortable handling tight editorial turnarounds for breaking event coverage alongside long-lead origina l series.

**Communication & Presence: Strong collaborative skills, receptive to creative feedback, and available on-site at our New Delh i office. Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working on automotive, architectural walkthroughs, watchmaking, or high-fashion video formats.

Working knowledge of AI-assisted post-production workflows, captioning automations, or upscale/denoise pipelines.

Basic camera and lighting familiarity to assist with in-house studio shoots or multi-cam live switch workflows when needed.
