Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting the best takes, and creating polished video content for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and cinematic projects. Daily tasks include editing video clips, synchronizing audio, adding transitions and effects, applying color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements in line with brand guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with directors, writers, and designers to understand project objectives, refining edits based on feedback, organizing media assets, and ensuring timely delivery of final outputs.

Editor is expected to maintain a consistent visual style, follow project workflows, and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall production quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for marketing, promotional, and cinematic content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and impactful visual aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements and titles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of pacing, rhythm, and sound design are essential.
- Ability to work in office in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field, along with a portfolio showcasing video editing work, is preferred.
