Video Editor Job Type: Full-time / Freelance Experience: 0–4 years About the Role It's Work Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can create engaging, high-quality content for social media and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities - Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos - Turn raw footage into engaging and professional videos - Add captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music, and B-roll - Create basic motion graphics and visual effects when required - Maintain consistency with the brand's visual style - Understand pacing, storytelling, and audience retention - Work on revisions and deliver projects within deadlines - Stay updated with current social media trends and editing styles Requirements - Good knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, After Effects,
or similar editing software - Strong understanding of short-form content and social media editing - Basic knowledge of color correction and audio editing - Good sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment What We're Looking For Someone who doesn't just edit videos, but understands how to make content engaging, watchable, and retention-focused.
